Terms Of Service

Welcome to Midas  By making a purchase through our store, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are set to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community for all players. Please read the following terms carefully:

 


 

1. General Terms:

1.1 Compliance with Midas Terms and Services:
By purchasing any items or services through our store, you agree to adhere to all Midas terms and services. This includes accepting that the management team reserves the right to remove any in-game purchases, Discord purchases, or any other purchases made under the following circumstances:

1.A. Inactivity: If you are inactive for up to 1 month without playing on Midas, failing to submit a Leave of Absence (LOA), and not informing your commander or management team, your purchase may be revoked.

1.B. Breaking Server Rules: Any violation of the server rules or any permanent bans imposed on your account will result in the removal of your purchased items, without exception.

1.C. Abuse of Purchased Items: If you abuse or exploit the purchased items, fail to follow the guidelines provided at the time of purchase, or exploit any glitches or bugs that may be associated with the purchased items, your service may be revoked.

 


 

2. Bans and Appeals:

2.1 Ban Policy:
If you are permanently banned from the server or Discord, you acknowledge that you cannot argue with staff for a reduced sentence or use your support for the server as an excuse for a lighter punishment. Bans are final decisions made by moderators, and above.

 


 

3. Changes to Items/Services:

3.1 Modifications:
You agree that changes to any purchased item or service may occur at the discretion of the management team. This can include balancing updates or changes to improve server performance or gameplay. The Items can be changed at any time, by the development team.

 


 

4. Refund Policy - Eligible Refunds:

4.1 Refunds Granted Under These Conditions:
Refunds will only be issued to players who meet one of the following criteria:

4.A. If the item or service purchased is not delivered within 14 working days from the time of purchase.

4.B. If the server is unable to provide the item or service at the time of purchase.

 


 

5. Refund Policy - Non-Eligible Refunds:

5.1 Refunds Not Granted Under These Conditions:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

5.A. If the server has shut down permanently.

5.B. If you have abused your purchased items or services, resulting in removal by management.

5.C. If you have been permanently banned from the server or Discord.

5.D. If the service has been updated or changed to balance the item for the server.

5.E. If you have been inactive for up to 1 month and your service has been removed as a result.

5.F. If your refund request does not fall under conditions 4.A. or 4.B., you are not entitled to a refund under any other circumstances.

 


 

6. Account Security and Responsibility:

6.1 Account Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information, including login details. If your account is compromised due to negligence or unauthorized access, Midas is not responsible for any consequences or loss.

6.2 Sharing Account Information:
Sharing your account details with other players is prohibited. If you share your account information and someone abuses it, you are still held accountable for any violations or misconduct.

 


 

7. Conduct and Community Guidelines:

7.1 Respectful Behavior:
As a member of the Midas community, you are expected to maintain respectful and positive behavior towards others. Harassment, hate speech, trolling, or any behavior that disrupts the community is prohibited and may result in the removal of your purchased items and/or a ban from the server.

7.2 In-Game Etiquette:
You agree to engage in fair play, refrain from cheating, exploiting, or using third-party software that may give you an unfair advantage. Violations of this nature will result in the removal of any purchased services and possible server bans.

 


 

8. Third-Party Content:

8.1 Content Ownership:
All content, including but not limited to in-game items, services, logos, trademarks, and the overall server design, is owned by Midas and may not be used without permission for commercial purposes.

8.2 Third-Party Services:
If Midas uses any third-party services for processing payments or delivering content, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third parties as well.

 


 

9. Limitation of Liability:

9.1 No Guarantee of Service Availability:
Midas does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or services. We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services, technical failures, or other external factors beyond our control.

9.2 Liability Limitations:
Midas is not responsible for any damages, including loss of data, account loss, or any other indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

 


 

10. Modification of Terms:

10.1 Amendment of Terms:
Midas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms of Service will be communicated through our official channels (such as Discord, the website, or in-game notifications). You agree to review these terms periodically for any changes.

 


 

11. Acceptance of Terms:

11.1 Agreement to Terms:
By purchasing any service or item from Midas, you explicitly agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms of Service, you should refrain from making a purchase.
